I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University and a Master of Science in Sociology (MSc) from the University of Amsterdam. Alongside my counseling practice, I am actively involved in social justice advocacy, focusing on ending sexual and gender-based violence in Canada.

My counseling career began in a community setting in Ottawa, where I supported individuals navigating diverse challenges, including living on a low income, being a newcomer to Canada and living with disabilities. For over five years, I specialized in providing individual and group counseling to women experiencing intimate partner violence, helping them enhance their physical and emotional safety and reclaim their sense of empowerment. Additionally, I facilitated a rehabilitation group for individuals who had perpetrated domestic violence.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I have worked with university students, youth, and adults managing symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
