Having lived and worked in diverse cultural settings, I am deeply sensitive to issues of diversity and social justice. I strive to practice cultural humility and create a trauma-informed, affirming space where confidentiality is paramount. I welcome clients from all backgrounds.
My therapeutic style is client-centered and humanistic, grounded in intersectional feminist principles. I am trained in evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)* and Motivational Interviewing (MI), tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs.
